this is based on a Japanese commercial. and it you can tell the Japanese is the OG for this commercial because in the Japanese one its basing the argument for Japanese style toilets, which like basically on the floor and require a squatting position to use making the process of removing bowel waste easier to do. . when sitting on western style toilet this is a hindrance on ease of use. so in the Japanese version they recommend a step stool elevate the knees to position where its similar to squatting.
