What is Createomoto Shipping Policy?

Sellers must ship items within the handling time stated in their listing.

Sellers Must:

Specify clearly when the item or items will be shipped.
All items must be shipped on time as specified on your listings.

Most unopened items sold in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.

The window for returns begin once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when order is shipped. Some items sold by Createomoto or any Createomoto Affiliated store have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or packing slip. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
