What is Createomoto Shipping Policy?
Sellers must ship items within the handling time stated in their listing.

Refund Policy
Most unopened items sold in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.
If items are faulty please provide us with some images of the item, we can issue you a full refund.
We will also need your order number & email address you used to order the item.

The window for returns begin once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when order is shipped.
