    Ordered from this seller a set, was delivery to the door in the description. The goods came to another city, not to mention the apartment. 1 Time opened dispute, the seller said will solve the question and deliver the goods to me, pulled the time, replies to 1 message on a working day. When they called the transport company, they didn't even have a delivery point in my city, and the goods they sent to China. The seller said that he would not return the money until the goods came to him. I had to open a dispute again, the money was returned at the end of the last date in the dispute.

What is Createomoto Shipping Policy?

Sellers must ship items within the handling time stated in their listing.

The window for returns begin once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when order is shipped.
