How do I return my items?

If items are eligible for returns, please follow the steps below to start your return process:

1. Log into your account.

2. Locate the item/items you wish to return or refund.

3. Select the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.

4. Confirm your return information.

5. If you need to return your items, you will have the option to choose your return method.

6. After you apply for your return, you will need to wait 14 days to have refunds processed.

7. If items are from an affiliated partner all items must be returned via that affiliate partner.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

When checking out as a member it’s much easier and faster to complete your order not to mention the savings that you may receive for being a member.

But you may also checkout as a guess if you don’t feel safe with  sharing your info.

How Do I Track My Order?

You may track you order with the tracking number that’s provided to you at purchase located in your dashboard or email.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Package arrival times differ from vendor to vendor which may take 7-30 days. If you product is digital it will be stored in your dashboard to be downloaded on demand.

How to Checkout with Paypal.

1. Navigate to checkout

2. Under “Payment methods, click “PayPal” type in your  PayPal account details to submit your order.

3. If your details are correct your payment will be successful.

Why are sale taxes only included on some orders?

Sales taxes are calculated depending on your state. Also some categories are taxed and some are not. By state laws we’re required to charge sales tax on applicable items if that state mandates it.

Why was I charged twice?

It is possible that the order may have been accidentally submitted twice. However, please be assured that every order can only be charged once.

The first transaction may be in a transaction pending status. If so, only one of the charges should get confirmed and appear on your statement. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few days for the transaction to be processed.
