Createomoto Pricing Fees & Policies

 

Service fees cover administrative costs for managing transactions and keeping the platform operational. As of January 1, 2024, aĀ $4.95 service feeĀ applies to each transaction, regardless of the total purchase amount. There are no fees for registration, sign-up, searches, or posting projects. Createomoto also charges anĀ 11% platform feeĀ on the total project earnings.

Earnings
Freelancers keepĀ 89% of their earningsĀ after fees. Funds can be withdrawn via the dashboard once they meet theĀ $25.00 minimum withdrawal requirement. Supported withdrawal methods include PayPal and Payoneer.

Credits
Employers can addĀ Payment CreditsĀ to their accounts, which can be used to pay for services or fund projects quickly. Credits also allow seamless bidding on projects.

PayPal Refunds
Refunds are typically processed withinĀ 24 hoursĀ after approval by Customer Support.

Credit Card Refunds
Refunds take longer due to card issuer processing times, usually completed withinĀ 7 to 10 days, but in rare cases may take up toĀ 2 weeks.

Invoices
Invoices are automatically created for all purchases, cancellations, and deposits, making it easy to track your financial activity. All invoices can be accessed through the dashboard’s drop-down menu.

How the Marketplace Works

  • Employers
    Itā€™s free to sign up, create a profile, and post projects or ideas. Employers will receive notifications and bids on their projects. Payments for accepted proposals are held securely in escrow until the project is completed and approved.
  • Freelancers
    Sign up for free, create a profile, and upload a portfolio. Freelancers receive notifications for project opportunities and can submit proposals. Completed and approved payments move from the pending balance to the available balance in the freelancer’s wallet after fees are deducted.

Transaction Fees
Transactions processed through Credit Card, Stripe, PayPal, or Payoneer include aĀ $0.30 USD + 2.3% fee.

Taxes
Taxes are applied based on the userā€™s country of residence and local tax regulations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Employers
    Employers are eligible for aĀ 100% refundĀ withinĀ 3 daysĀ from the order date. Refunds may also be granted during the initial concept phase if no alterations have been requested.
  • Freelancers
    If an order is canceled, funds are credited back to the freelancer’s account balance. Returned funds will appear in the “available balance” section of the dashboard.
  • Refund Processing
    Refunds are only issued to the original payment account. Changes to payment accounts or cards are not supported for refunds.

User Agreement
All fees, charges, and policies described here are governed by Createomotoā€™sĀ User Agreement. Failure to adhere to site rules and agreements may result in account suspension or termination.
