I should\u2019ve known better! Content creator eli_handle_b.wav has been expertly inserting live-action movie and TV characters into video games, so of course <em>Elden Ring<\/em> was the next target.<\/p>\n<p>I told myself I wouldn\u2019t overdo it with these memes, but they\u2019re too dang good.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"v8pOcrJVnec\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Aragorn in Elden Ring\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/v8pOcrJVnec?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>This video isn\u2019t over-the-top with spoilers to the point that I\u2019d advise against watching it if you\u2019re still getting through <em>Elden Ring<\/em>, but it does show Aragorn fighting a couple of bosses, including Radhan, and a cool optional zone (that\u2019s also prominently shown in-game during loading screens). I think you\u2019ll be fine! It\u2019s short and to the point.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from all the charging, my favorite bit here is definitely Viggo Mortensen\u2019s infamous helmet kick; eli_handle_b.wav repurposed the painful stunt to fit perfectly in an encounter with <em>Elden Ring<\/em>\u2018s favorite pot-boy son, Alexander. It works so well.<\/p>\n<h2>The <em>Elden Ring<\/em> theme makes everything better<\/h2>\n<p>While it\u2019s just a background snippet, I\u2019m chuckling at the thought of Aragorn having to deal with Varr\u00e9\u2018s cryptic bullshit the moment he steps out and gets his bearings in Limgrave. I\u2019d also be curious to see how he\u2019d handle the \u201cloathsome\u201d Dung Eater and other NPCs who give off a sketchy yet intriguing \u201cyou should <em>probably<\/em> keep your guard up\u201d vibe.<\/p>\n<p>Like many of you, my journey through <em>Elden Ring<\/em> was meandering as hell and full of peril every step of the way. It\u2019s amusing to think about how this legendary character would\u2019ve fared, especially without his friends. The next time you\u2019re struggling with a boss, try to channel his energy.
