Createomoto Community Guidelines (\u201cGuidelines\u201d) govern your use of Createomoto to maintain an engaging and trustworthy community that fosters creativity across the platform, and are incorporate by reference into the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/createomoto.com\/Studios\/terms-and-conditions\/\">Terms of Use<\/a>. If you come across content that violates these Guidelines, please follow the instructions in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.createomoto.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8216;Report Abuse&#8217;<\/a> section below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Being Respectful<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Createomoto is an online platform to showcase and discover creative work. Our top priority is to protect our users and maintain a safe &amp; positive creative atmosphere. We don\u2019t allow abusive or illegal content or behavior in our community. This includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spam or posts related to the sale of non-creative goods or services<\/li>\n<li>Fraud or scams<\/li>\n<li>Pornographic material and explicit nudity<\/li>\n<li>Harassment and threats<\/li>\n<li>Hateful or highly offensive content that attacks or dehumanizes a group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, serious disease or disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation<\/li>\n<li>Graphic violence or gore<\/li>\n<li>The promotion, glorification, or threats of violence<\/li>\n<li>Illegal activities or goods<\/li>\n<li>Self-harm or the promotion of self-harm<\/li>\n<li>Depictions of nude minors or minors in a sexual manner<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism<\/li>\n<li>Dissemination of misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content that could lead to real-world harm<\/li>\n<li>Personal or private information of others (like full name, home address, phone number, email address, government issued IDs, or anything else that would let someone locate or contact you in the real world))<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that we may report any material exploiting minors to the National Center of Missing &amp; Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adult Content<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Createomoto is all about helping creative people get exposure for their work, and so we offer an NSFW \u201cNot Safe For Work\u201d content filter. Many countries, schools, and companies will block websites without this feature.<\/p>\n<p>Projects that contain Adult content is prohibited from our sites. NSFW content includes adult content (this includes nudity, profanity, violence or any other material unsuitable for a younger audience, a global audience or people at work).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Be Your Creative Self<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Createomoto community is for people to bring their authentic selves and to publicly share one\u2019s own creative work. We disable accounts that engage in behavior that undermines the authenticity of our community, including but not limited to, the following deceptive or harmful behaviors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using fake, misleading, or inaccurate information in your profile<\/li>\n<li>Impersonating other people or entities<\/li>\n<li>Falsely attributing someone\u2019s work<\/li>\n<li>Using automated or scripting processes (such as bulk or automated uploading of content through a script)<\/li>\n<li>Engaging in schemes or third-party services to boost account engagement (artificially increasing the number of appreciations, views, or other metrics)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Broadcasting or uploading other people\u2019s work as your own is copyright infringement and is not tolerated. If you have a contract or other dispute with Createomoto user about content they have uploaded to our site, please resolve the issue directly with the user.
